And whoever of you will be the delight, shall be servant of all. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. Mark 10:44, 45
Allow me this opportunity to welcome you to the First Iconium Baptist Church Family.
I know that we are going to be a better, and more committed church because God has sent you this way. I am sure that this coming together of mind, body, talent, and spirit will rove rewarding for the community we have been called to serve.
First Iconium is known as the “SERVANT CHURCH”, and we do all that we can to live up to our name. We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord over our lives, and He has called us to be His Body in the world. Therefore, we are an involved congregation, preaching, teaching and admonishing souls to come to Christ. We are delighted that you have decided to come and join us in this mission.
Congregating with us will enable you to get acquainted with the work and ministry of First Iconium. You will find a listing of the various ministries and leaders to assist you in getting involved as soon as possible. We affirm that the only way to be a real Christian is to be an involved Christian.
It is my responsibility to be the shepherd of this flock, and I want you to feel free to call upon me at anytime. Thank you again for joining us, and we look forward to working with you as we go forth in continuing the building of the Kingdom of God!
Yours in Christ,
Timothy McDonald, III
